While this has worked well, we know that many more schools, local authorities and commissioners should be aware of our charity and the support we offer, so that more families,&nbsp;teachers&nbsp;and professionals can benefit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help widen our reach,&nbsp;we\u2019re&nbsp;building an email contact list of professionals and training leads across key organisations. If you enjoy quiet admin work and the satisfaction of organising information, this could be a perfect fit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What&nbsp;you\u2019ll&nbsp;be doing<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carrying out simple internet searches and completing a spreadsheet with contact details&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using a sample email and guidance to help you know what to look for&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Following clear written instructions&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keeping data&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and consistent&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working independently at your own pace&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There&nbsp;is&nbsp;no&nbsp;face\u2011to\u2011face&nbsp;contact and no&nbsp;time\u2011sensitive&nbsp;work.&nbsp;It\u2019s&nbsp;steady, flexible admin that you can pick up and put down whenever suits you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we provide<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Written instructions and a spreadsheet to complete&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ongoing support from our People and Operations Manager&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A welcoming, understanding environment \u2014 especially if&nbsp;you\u2019re&nbsp;neurodivergent or prefer predictable, structured tasks&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Who this might suit<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role is ideal for someone who:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has strong accuracy and attention to detail, including correctly transcribing names,&nbsp;postcodes&nbsp;and other key information&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enjoys repetitive or methodical tasks&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Likes working quietly and independently&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wants to contribute to a meaningful cause without pressure&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is building confidence, returning to work, or looking for gentle volunteering&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appreciates clear instructions and a calm workload&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are interested in supporting us with&nbsp;this&nbsp;please email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr@pdasociety.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hr@pdasociety.org.uk<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To keep everyone safe and ensure we meet our GDPR responsibilities, all volunteers&nbsp;must&nbsp;complete a short&nbsp;Volunteer Information Form&nbsp;on Microsoft Forms. We can provide this in different formats if needed to support accessibility.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some roles involve handling sensitive or personal data (for example, demographic monitoring). For these roles, volunteers will also be asked to sign a short&nbsp;GDPR &amp; Confidentiality Addendum.
