This is a simple but important task \u2014 helping parents, carers and professionals quickly find reliable PDA resources in their area.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve&nbsp;already been working through England and Scotland, and now&nbsp;we\u2019re&nbsp;looking for volunteers to help us complete Wales.&nbsp;If you enjoy practical admin tasks and want to make a real difference for PDA families,&nbsp;we\u2019d&nbsp;love to hear from you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What&nbsp;you\u2019ll&nbsp;be doing<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Checking Local Offer websites for each Welsh local authority\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emailing councils to\u00a0request\u00a0that PDA Society information is added or updated\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adding or updating details about the PDA Society\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flagging any broken links or incorrect information\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working flexibly, at your own pace\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There&nbsp;is&nbsp;<strong>no&nbsp;face<\/strong>\u2011<strong>to<\/strong>\u2011<strong>face&nbsp;contact<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>no&nbsp;time<\/strong>\u2011<strong>sensitive&nbsp;work<\/strong>.&nbsp;It\u2019s&nbsp;steady, flexible admin that you can pick up and put down whenever suits you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we provide<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear written instructions\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information about the PDA Society\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ongoing support from our People and Operations Manager\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A welcoming, understanding environment \u2014 especially if\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0neurodivergent or prefer predictable, structured tasks\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who this might suit<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role is ideal for someone who:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enjoys repetitive or methodical tasks\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Likes working quietly and independently\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has strong accuracy and attention to detail, including correctly transcribing names,\u00a0postcodes\u00a0and other key information\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wants to contribute to a meaningful cause without pressure\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is building confidence, returning to work, or looking for gentle volunteering\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appreciates clear instructions and a calm workload.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are interested in supporting us with&nbsp;this&nbsp;please email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr@pdasociety.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hr@pdasociety.org.uk<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To keep everyone safe and ensure we meet our GDPR responsibilities, all volunteers&nbsp;must&nbsp;complete a short&nbsp;Volunteer Information Form&nbsp;on Microsoft Forms. We can provide this in different formats if needed to support accessibility.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some roles involve handling sensitive or personal data (for example, demographic monitoring). For these roles, volunteers will also be asked to sign a short&nbsp;GDPR &amp; Confidentiality Addendum.
