Our busy People and Operations Manager is looking for a volunteer to help with a specific project: analysing our recruitment demographic monitoring data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When people apply for a role at the PDA Society, we ask them to complete an anonymous demographic form (covering gender, age, race, disability, etc.). For these roles, volunteers will also be asked to sign a short&nbsp;GDPR &amp; Confidentiality Addendum.
