She has previously worked as an Interim CEO and Organisation Effectiveness Director at Respond, a charity supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability who have experienced abuse, violence or trauma. Earlier in her career, she was also Director of Clinical Services at SurvivorsUK and Head of Talking Therapies at Wimbledon Guild.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Georgina is a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist and music therapist, who has supported autistic children and adults through her work. She understands the importance of lived experience as a parent carer of a SEN child herself and also having served as a Trustee for both Carers First and Embrace Child Survivors of Crime.

Georgina has a wealth of charity leadership experience and is joining us from Tavistock Consulting, where she is a Senior Organisational Consultant working with leaders across sectors, providing bespoke organisational consultancy, executive and team coaching.
