Both the directors are qualified teachers, I have an MA in education. We are a mainly neurodiverse workforce and I have worked with children with different educational needs for many years now.

I am autistic and all 4 of my children are neurodiverse. Between us we have many years of experience working with children with autism and ADHD.

What experience does this organisation or team have of working with PDAers/ people who struggle with demands:

I specialise in working with PDAers. I think because of my own PDA traits, I am able to understand the difficulties someone with PDA might experience.

How does this organisation keep their knowledge up to date:

I watch talks and videos. In 2025 I plan to start a training programme for all staff to include PDA training.
