Description of services:
I am a Neuro-affirming specialist Educational Psychologist, with PDA in the family, and am neurodivergent myself. I carry out psychologist assessments with PDA Young People. I sit on multi-disciplinary teams for PDA young people receiving EOTAS. I also have a book contract for a book on PDA, which I am currently writing.

I am neurodivergent myself, I am a parenting an autistic child, I was a teacher to autistic children, and I have supported 100s of autistic young people in a neuro-affirming way. I also have delivered CPD on autism to Local Authorities, fellow Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapist, teachers, and parents.
What experience does this organisation or team have of working with PDAers/ people who struggle with demands:
A huge amount of experience. I deliver CPD to other Educational Psychologists in how to work with PDAers, and write PDA affirming reports. I supports many PDAers, and their schools and families. I have delivered workshops for key PDA organisations. I also am parenting a PDAer myself.
How does this organisation keep their knowledge up to date:
Parenting a PDAer is my best CPD. But I constantly liaise with other experts in the area of PDA.
