We are a dedicated Wellbeing, Emotional Regulation & Neurodiversity family support organisation tailored specifically for families and individuals navigating the complexities of neurodiversity. Ultimately, we stand as a beacon of support for free spirits, innovators, and children who thrive outside traditional confines, promoting an inclusive understanding of diverse developmental pathways and emotional wellbeing through a therapeutic lens. You will feel heard, understood and supported as we provide guidance, solutions and the tools that will enhance your family life in a supportive and bespoke way, in and outside the home environment. We offer family support through therapeutic, child-centered strategies and ethos aimed at promoting positive mental health, improving family relationships, and reducing violence in both home and school settings. Our focus is to support families and children in developing emotional regulation skills and enhancing mental well-being in order to increase enjoyment and engagement to educational success and personal growth. You can expect dedicated support that goes beyond ineffective or unhelpful interventions, providing a strong foundation for families to thrive and overcome challenges.

Our team are highly qualified, possess specialist knowledge of SEND including ADHD, Autism and PDA and are experienced in working with children and young people with social, emotional or mental health needs.

What experience does this organisation or team have of working with PDAers/ people who struggle with demands:

Our founder Suzan Issa, diagnosed as Autistic with PDA and ADHD, and has designed our courses specifically for parents of children with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). The course is designed to deepen parents' understanding of the PDA profile, offering tools to support themselves through challenging and difficult times. All of our highly qualified team are fully trained on understanding PDA and are currently working effectively to support young people, and their families, that struggle with demands.
