I have been supporting families in the Charity sector and in my private practice for over 20 years, with a totally person centred and neuro affirming approach. Qualifications that assist my experience include:Certified NLP Practitioner/Breathwork Coach (BACP)/Licensed Practitioner for The Circle of Security Attachment intervention/Licensed Practitioner for Safe & Sound Protocol/Mental Health 1st Aider/Autism & PDA Studies Diploma. Practice supporting families established for 8 years.

I am a Mother of Neuro divergent children - AUDHD. In my practice I support, coach and mentor parents with Neuro divergent children, including Autism and Autism with a PDA profile.

What experience does this organisation or team have of working with PDAers/ people who struggle with demands:

I have a successful practice running for over 8 years, which is sustained through word of mouth recommendations. I am asked to speak to local parent support groups regularly. Before I set up the practice I worked in the Mental Health and Homelessness sectors, supporting young people.

How does this organisation keep their knowledge up to date:

Regular CPD - webinars and training with Online Events/ADDitude often and then PDA society/Naomi Fisher etc.I constantly learn and evolve through the privilege of working with my clients and their lived experiences. Identify in monthly supervision what is appropriate or needed.
