Problems With Personal Hygiene

I know I've touched on the subject before but its starting to get really out of hand now.

we've tried giving him the choices bath/shower soap/shower Gell and times but its not working, I can't remember the last time he cleaned his teeth either. We can't monitor him as he won't do anything if we go into the bathroom apart from get verbally abusive at us so that's not an option either.
Ive tried to explain my worries to him (health wise, bullying, personal image, and people generally not wanting to be around him) but its met constantly with aggression.

The problem is now it's getting so bad that we can actually taste body odour when we are in the same room as him but he refuses to admit he smells and refuses to go for a bath/shower. His breath is revolting so much so that when he does talk to me I have to turn away but again refuses to clean his teeth or says he has and doesn't.
It’s got to the stage where the whole house is starting to smell of BO but he’s in complete denial about it

Could anybody give me any suggestions please

    Thank you Mark
