Wait time for appointment

Hi, I contacted help for psychology in Norwich weeks ago but have heard nothing about an appointment date, I've given up chasing them now.

Has anyone else had this problem with them?

    Thanks

    Hi Jo2001,

I’ve had a lot of families from my support group contact them with very quick responses and positive experiences. Their contact email for enquiries about assessments and consultations is: office@help4psychology.co.uk, just in case you may have tried a different one.

Hi, thank you for replying. Yes, that is the email I used. I have heard back from them but am still waiting for an appointment date. I'm not expecting an immediate appointment, just some idea of a date so I can organise my life! I feel ignored by them...
