Hi. The other day on my phone on facebook a survey popped up and I completed it but it didn't submit. It was quite lengthy and detailed all to do with experience of getting diagnosis and feedback on process etc. Now I can't find it and wish to complete it again. Can anyone give me the link please? Thank you Julia

I think this is the one:

The PDA Action Campaign are pleased to release over 100 survey links for NHS Clinical Commissioning group areas across the UK to gather key data on the true effect of lack of recognition of Pathological Demand Avoidance as a profile on the autism spectrum.

Please do complete the survey relevant to your county. Your voice matters.

  • Thanks for the link. I've completed the survey as a result - but the unusual button-clicking set up (an OK button for each button, as well as OK, Prev and Next buttons at the bottom of each page) meant that I submitted one page when I'd only completed one question. The Prev button did not work. (BUT it might be because I use Safari, and sometimes it shows things in a weird format!)

One of the questions (about what reasons a child might have been failed a PDA referral while in education) only had a single-select button, whereas for many/most children there will be multiple reasons a child was failed at school.

    Hi Everyone

Just wanted to point out that this survey was put together/started by a Campaign Group of parents (it wasn't started by the PDA Society, although we do hope many will complete it and useful information will be gained from it).
