Getting listed

The PDA Society receives multiple requests each week to signpost to services which understand demand avoidance, including those with experience and understanding of PDA. If you wish to be added to our public list of diagnostic centres that consider themselves friendly to people experiencing demand avoidance, please complete this form.

In 2023 we worked with PDAers, parent-carers and safeguarding experts to help people identify and work with services that were safe for them. The questions we ask reflect the commitments suggested by this guidance when commissioning any service.

To be included in the diagnostic centre directory, we need it to be confirmed that those conducting assessments have read and follow the ‘PDA Practice Guidance’ and that the process is NICE compliant.
