Dundee & Angus advice & activities groups
Autism/ADHD Advice Group Dundee & Angus Facebook group (includes families with PDA children).
I’ve started this group as I feel that myself and the other members have a lot of experience, knowledge and hints/tips that we can share. It’s also just good to know that there’s someone else who understands even if things can’t be changed.
You can ask for information, advice and support from the other members or message me if you want personal advice, support and help.
I also run a Facebook group for parents/carers to post organised activities such as council holiday programmes but also to give them an opportunity to post/organise informal meets up and activities.
Thanks Arlene.

ASD/PDA Support Group Cambs
The aim of this group is simply to connect Cambridgeshire families, carers and anyone that has experience of Autism/PDA that wants to share stories & strategies - or just meet other families.
An informal meet up each month to share ideas, stories, get information, hopefully invite a speaker along now & then too, just meet others with similar lifestyles.
Pretty much will go with the flow on what the attendees feel they would like each month.
Come with your child(ren) or without, if they won’t manage.
